The Groove Train Carousel is seeking a duty manager to join the team. **Role Specific Duties**
- Delivery superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction;
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints;
- Coordinate daily Front of House restaurant operations;
- Working alongside Venue and Assistant Venue manager to manage the restaurants image and identify ways to improve.

**Teamwork**
- Provide management, leadership and staff development;
- Foster and encourage a positive working environment;
- Leading the staff to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in customer service and beverage delivery.

**Customer Service**
- Monitoring the quality of food and beverages being delivered;
- Developing and maintaining superior levels of service to ensure repeat business;
- Supervise the taking, setting and confirmation of bookings.

**Self-Management**
- Understand and implement The Groove Train Mindset;
- Be self-motivated, able to follow directions accurately and to work as an integral part of The Groove Train team.

**People Management**
- Ensure the maintenance of high productivity and excellence in service and product delivery;
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role;
- Current Approved Manager's Certification;

**Salary**: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
