Creative Agency in Brisbane seeks experienced Social Media Manager / Internal Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts.
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for the agency. You will work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling content for our social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media channels
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Develop marketing strategies for the agency outside of social media
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media analytics and metrics
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
