As part of our Service Desk team, you will:Provide 1st Level IT Support across software, hardware, and network issues.Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service to our clients.Accurately document calls, incidents, and requests in our systems.Assign and track incidents to ensure they reach the right support group.Act as a single point of contact for logged issues, performing diagnostics and initiating problem management workflows.Mentor, guide, or train service desk staff when required.Support multiple clients with professionalism and strong customer service.Manage your workload to meet service levels while maintaining accurate data.Work flexibly in a 24/7 rotating roster (including nights and weekends).
Adhere to Unisys policies and procedures.Key QualificationsWe're looking for candidates who bring a mix of technical know-how and great customer service skills:Active NV1 Security Clearance (ability to obtain NV2 also required).
Previous customer service experience is highly valued.At least 1 year of IT Service Desk experience preferred.Certificate or training in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience).
