Who were looking for Were seeking individuals with some of the following experience (you dont need to tick every box - even a couple is great): Previous Board experience AICD qualifications Previous Chair experience Industry expertise Strong governance experience We also value skills and connections in: Community development or social services Finance, governance, or legal expertise HR, leadership, or business strategy Health, education, or youth programs Strong connections to local communities Most importantly, were looking for people with a genuine commitment to equity, inclusion, and creating meaningful change.
