Business Development Manager – Clinical Trials
Location:Australia-wide (Remote)
Eligibility:Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
We're working with a leading clinical research organisation that plays a vital role in advancing global health through expertly managed clinical trials.
As they continue to expand, we're seeking aBusiness Development Managerto join their high-performing team and lead strategic client engagement across the country and globally.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with astrong background in clinical trials and business developmentwho thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Candidates with no prior BD experience will not be considered.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and CROs
Lead feasibility planning and proposal development
Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences
Manage CRM systems and report on pipeline activity
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in business development
At least 2 years' experience in the clinical trials sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Canva
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
