Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing a busy workload of matters with efficiency and accuracy.
Providing expert legal advice to clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Handling all aspects of conveyancing, from initial instructions, reporting on and explaining contracts, providing s66w certificates, and finalizing settlements.
Drafting and reviewing complex property documents.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
We\'re Looking For Someone Who
Has 3-5+ years PQE in property law.
Demonstrates strong NSW property law knowledge.
Proven experience and comprehensive understanding of the full property transaction lifecycle, from pre-exchange due diligence to exchanging contracts, and preparation for settlement, including preparing settlement adjustments to settlement and registration of documents.
Demonstrable passion for property law (essential).
Meticulous attention to detail and superior communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, PEXA & LEAP.
Strong academic record and excellent organizational skills.
Is a collaborative team player.
