We are looking for a junior solicitor with solid conveyancing experience and ambition. This team has a proud and well-earned reputation for developing its people whilst enjoying the journey. In this role, you will be exposed to challenging work across a mix of industrial commercial development and residential development and sales work. You will work with a valued experienced Solicitor and Managing Associate, and with a Partner who is passionate about working with you to advance your career development and progression.

• You have gained at least 3 years of volume conveyancing experience, either pre-admission, post admission or in total, and want to do development related work a little higher up the chain now – again ... ambition.
• That experience has involved a good deal of landlord and/or tenant leasing work and you are at ease with that kind of work – the work will not be cookie cutter and will tend to be tenant side.
• You are professional and understand the need to work collaboratively, to support your colleagues, with a sense of fun and interest in them.
