We are based at Underwood and service South-East Queensland with occasional away work. We are looking for a physically fit and healthy individual with good communication skills and a solid work ethic.

We work mostly on rail sites and waterfront revetment walls and offer a diverse and interesting portfolio of work. This is a full-time position, $37.50 - $42.50 per hour base rate plus $8 to $10.00 per hour in site allowances (depending on tickets / experience).

**Duties will include**:

- Operating Excavators 5 ton, 9 ton, 30 ton and 35 ton.
- Assist with setting up of piling rigs and machines.
- Operation of other company plant (Piling Rigs and associated machinery).
- Basic machine maintenance / completing prestart forms.
- Assisting other members of the piling crew.
- Reporting to Site Manager.

**Essential Requirements**:

- A solid background in Earthmoving / Civil Construction / Piling.
- Excavator qualification.
- Thorough understanding of OH&S requirements.
- Be a team player.
- White / Blue Card.

**Advantage but not Essential Requirements**:

- HR Licence.
- High Risk Forklift / Telehandler Licence.
- Dogging experience and ticket.
- Safely Access the Rail Corridor and Working in Electrified Territory Accreditation.

This position will include Queensland Rail Work and you will be required to pass a Cat 3 Medical for these sites.
