Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our piling and ground engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in site management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading teams and overseeing safe execution of complex projects.

  • Oversee the work of highly skilled and trained crews in undertaking piling, diaphragm walls, and ground improvement works.
  • Participate in Health & Safety SWMS reviews and improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the preparation and implementation of quality projects, driving efficiency and excellence throughout the process.
  • Cultivate a culture of training and development, providing on-the-job training as needed and consulting with senior supervisors.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in their area of trade, with certification for specific roles.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in ground engineering site works, demonstrating a deep understanding of geotechnical principles.
  • An active interest in all aspects of project management, including risk assessment, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with office, site, and workshop staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and advice-seeking.
  • People management skills, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
