As a Manager People Partnering in our business, you will be pivotal in harmonizing with senior HR and business leaders to elevate value throughout various stages of our focus areas. You will have the opportunity to partner with our iconic brands on their people agenda and dive deep into the realms of culture, talent mapping, remuneration, engagement, and organizational structure, collaborating on groundbreaking projects that redefine the future of our workplace

Offering expert guidance and coaching, and with a focus on service delivery excellence, you will provide invaluable support to senior leadership in navigating a diverse spectrum of intricate HR concerns. From cyclic people activities like reward and recognition, to creation of strategic people solutions stretching across development, succession planning, organisational design, and health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, the role is centred on delivering comprehensive assistance in the complex landscape of human resources. With a wealth of experience, we would love you to bring a nuanced understanding to empower senior leaders in making informed decisions and fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Be the voice and advocate for the innovative People and Safety operating model, providing unwavering support to both the business and the broader People team. Your commitment ensures that the organization operates at the forefront of HR best practices and effectiveness.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience and a proven ability to deliver exceptional and considered generalist advice. You excel in relationship management and influencing within the complexities of a dynamic matrix environment. With a track record of direct collaboration with Senior Leaders and Centres of Excellence, you will bring years of invaluable experience in a related HR field.

Your strength lies in interpreting and articulating complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring effective communication. You have a continuous improvement mindset, and enjoy agile environments where feedback is immediately incorporated into future solutions. You can aptly navigate HR Systems to source employee information on request. Importantly you thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating the capability to lead and operate decisively, providing clarity and strategic direction to successfully navigate challenges and build organisational capability around People solutions.
