- Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week.

As a Change Manager, you will execute change management plans for Powerlink's IT projects, focusing on efficient transitions with mínimal business disruption. Your responsibilities include detailed plan development, active stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with Business IT & Digital Delivery objectives, while fostering positive change acceptance and business readiness at the project level. This role is pivotal in delivering quality outcomes through effective leadership, coordination, communication, and collaboration within the program scope.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Liaise with IT Portfolio Change & Learning Specialists, Program teams, Project Managers, and stakeholder groups to identify resistance points to change and develop plans to foster positive change acceptance.
- Conduct thorough impact analyses and assess change readiness, ensuring each initiative is aligned with an owner and supported by a structured framework.
- Ensure training requirements are understood, prepared for, and actioned in alignment with transition plans.
- Lead the business deployment of initiatives and support the transition into business-as-usual activity.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop collaborative relationships and strategic partnerships.

Based in Brisbane, you will be joining the Business IT & Digital Delivery group as part of the extensive IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects. This team thrives on a culture of high performance, where each member's dedication to excellence is complemented by a strong emphasis on collaboration, ultimately fostering a dynamic and achievement-oriented environment.

**Your expertise**:

- Degree level qualification in Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or significant relevant experience in IT project management or IT service delivery.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar

With demonstrated experience in change management, with a particular focus on IT systems and processes, you will possess strong communication skills and have the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrating proven ability to manage emotions, motivations, and your impact on others, you will have a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal leadership.
