$825 - $980 plus super / day

In this role, you will play a key role in the success of the program by supporting the Program OCM Lead to execute change management and operational readiness strategies and plans.

**Your Key Outcomes**
- Work closely with Program Management team and OCM Lead to support the delivery and coordination of organisational change and operational readiness activities of the Identity and Security Program and key projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business impacts and concerns are well understood and plans developed to address these
- Assist and support communications across program and in-flight projects for consistency
- Drive deployment and change adoption into the organisation
- Closely collaborate with OCM teams from related in-flight mobility projects to develop centralised program view of change impacts and key stakeholders

**Your Attributes**
- Change management experience including change management planning, benefits realisation, change adoption, change impact assessment, business readiness.
- Experience with complex change projects with organisation-wide impact, across multiple industries and different styles of change (e.g. technology, process re-design, restructuring etc).
- Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent workstreams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.
- Excellent change communication skills and stakeholder management
- Interpersonal effectiveness: cross-cultural, cross-level
- Able to build effective working relationships with peers, vendors and stakeholders

**Highly Desirable Skills/Specialties**
- PROSCI Change Management certification or similar qualification
- Experience with IT Service Management and/or Cyber security projects
- Engineering, Energy & Minerals or mining change experience
