**Job Summary**:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to lead and manage the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives. The Change Manager will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that changes are implemented effectively and efficiently and achieve the desired business outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder engagement and support.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure that change initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs, concerns, and perspectives, and develop and execute communication and engagement plans accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to support change initiatives, including training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business, change management, project management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
