You will be based at the company's regional head office and manufacturing facility in regional victoria—a role ideal for someone seeking meaningful work and a real connection with their team, product, and community.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all day-to-day operational functions with a focus on planning, execution, safety, and continuous improvementChampion cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance, People & Culture, and OperationsTranslate business strategy into efficient, scalable operational plansDrive performance, cost control, and on-time delivery across jobs and projectsEmbed a culture of safety, accountability, and high performanceCoach, mentor, and grow capability within operational teamsLead operational readiness for business growth and innovationIdentify and mitigate risks across operations, quality, and complianceFoster systems development, reporting, and use of integrated management systemsAbout YouProven experience (7+ years) in senior operational leadership roles in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environmentsStrong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of cost control, P&L metrics, and job profitabilityExceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teamsDemonstrated success leading operational transformation and systemisationStrategic mindset with hands-on execution skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingHigh-level understanding of safety, compliance, and quality assurance practicesTertiary qualifications in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related fieldsWhy Join?
