Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are a leading national builder servicing customers across Australia, and we are seeking a skilled site operations manager to join our team in the Yarrawonga region.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of home builds from site start through to the final inspection and maintenance stage. This involves coordinating and managing trades, establishing a reliable trade base, and ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of home builds from site initiation through to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage trade resources, establish a reliable trade network.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality homes are built within set timeframes and budget guidelines.
  • Enforce adherence to OH&S regulations, ensure compliance with Australian building standards.
  • Day-to-day management of site operations, including administrative tasks.
  • Weekly performance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Experience supervising residential construction projects, residential construction experience, and/or a strong trade background.
  • A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience in managing trade resources.
  • Effective communication skills, able to interact with diverse client groups.
