ONE Rehabilitation Service is excited to announce we are looking for an admin wizard to join our team. Our newest team member will be enthusiastic, approachable, client focused, highly organised, innovative and motivated with a broad range of administration experience. This role exists to help make our client's experience at our clinic even more exceptional.

ONE Rehabilitation Service is a vibrant private practice, offering client centred, evidence-based rehabilitation and disability services to people following an acquired brain injury, stroke or neurological conditions.
We strive to provide the absolute best services by working collaboratively with our clients, their families and support networks and have built a sterling reputation within the industry for providing exceptional services to challenging and complex cases.
Our team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, social workers and psychologists provide clinic-based services in our expansive, brand new Ashford site as well as on the road in our client's homes and communities.

**About the Role**
We are on the hunt for an experienced and results-driven Receptionist to join our team. You will be closely supported by the Practice Manager to make sure our clinic is as welcoming a space as possible for our clients and to use our administrative systems with the aim of ensuring that the whole team can operate in a coordinated and professional manner.
As our receptionist, you will be responsible for the first and last impressions of every client and their support networks. You will be a pivotal player in the ONE Rehabilitation Service Team and be empowered to really own the role and make your mark. Most importantly, your work will matter and be recognised.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- As the face of the practice, your main role will focus on providing exceptional reception service for our wonderful clients
- Managing phone calls and bookings - ensuring everyone has a smooth and seamless experience
- Booking new clients in for their Initial Consultation with our Referrals Coordinator and supporting them along their individual journeys
- Answering our clients' questions and addressing concerns
- Organising and managing payments for self-funded clients and assisting with health fund claims
- Use of our practice management software - Splose, to generate and manage client files, bookings and payments
- Assist the Practice Manager with generating third party invoices and liaising with the clinicians over client billables
- Maintaining several client, billing and team member databases to monitor billings and KPIs
- Scanning and filing of clinical documents and reports
- Providing general assistance and support to the clinical and administrative teams
- Completing general administrative tasks done on daily, weekly and monthly checklists
- Assist in the management and maintenance of our vehicle fleet
- Assist in the management of general clinic systems
- Work collaboratively with the whole team to deliver an excellent service to clients, allied health professionals and referrers.
- Taking charge of the front desk and making the role your own
A unique aspect of this position is that in addition to the traditional administrative aspects of the role, we are also looking for someone who has a special interest in digital marketing. The role would see you using your creativity to write and create engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital materials. You would be the voice of our brand on social media, managing and building an engaging and positive community.
