Based in South Yarra, this is a newly created role with a private sales agency specialising in the commercial asset market. With a national presence, this business represents the stripe market and large format national developers. As a newly created role, you are surrounded by the best in the industry due to the success and strength of relationships built over the years with all the major players.

Joining the team of twenty-seven here in Melbourne, you have direct access to the partners and directors of the business; they are approachable and have a zero red tape policy making the environment communicative and collaborative - they also love a laugh

**Role Overview**:
As a Commercial Property Sales Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our investment strategies on a national scale. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Strategic asset positioning of investments
- Analysing and maintaining the transaction database
- Analysing sales and leasing transactions
- In-depth understanding and research of submarkets within investment markets
- Preparation and assessment of financials
- Creating submissions, presentations, marketing materials, and more
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with property professionals locally and nationally
- Conducting comprehensive market research, including demographics and macro-economic factors
- Coordinating NIS portfolio auctions with offices in Sydney and Brisbane
- Providing analytics and support to Partners and sales agents
- Contributing to the national analyst team's growth

**Foundation for Success**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a closely related field.
- General understanding of, and passion for, property.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Team player with strong organisational and collaboration skills.
- Quick learner with self-motivation and a desire to advance their career.
