In this role, you will support children and young people (6-18 years) from separated or separating families who have been impacted by family violence.
Our primary approach is Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), with full training provided.

Extensive experiencesupporting children, young people, and families impacted by family violence and trauma.Knowledge and practice in TF-CBT, or a strong willingness to be trained in this approach.Commitment to child safety, with a client-centred and family-focused practice.Strong relationship-building skillsto engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Capability to manage complex needs and respond to critical incidentswith professionalism and care.Well-developed communication and time management skills.Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic databases.An understanding ofEEO, Work Health & Safety, and confidentiality obligations.Successful applicants must complete aNational Police Check.
You must also hold acurrent driver's licence, and aWorking with Vulnerable People Card(ACT).
