About the role:
A rare opportunity is now open for an ERP Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Digital Solutions (DBS) business unit within our Digital & Business Solutions department.

This role plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of RSL QLD's ERP initiatives from inception to completion, providing technical expert services and advice while liaising closely with DBS, vendors, clients and key stakeholders. This is functional role within the ERP program in delivering solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO).

Some of the key accountabilities include:

- Create and implement work items for assigned projects and support translation of group strategy into objectives and work items.
- Manage the documentation of business and system processes resulting from business analysis.
- Create or evaluate the customer's business process to inform system configuration and technical activities.

About you:

- Tertiary degree in Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years' Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP in a functional or consulting role.
- Possess sound end-to-end SDL process knowledge and experience and can learn RSL Queensland's Way of Working.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to tangible outcomes in a complex project environment.
