**The Role**
We are one of world's largest provider of subsea engineering solutions and have designed and managed the equivalent of 600,000km of subsea pipelines globally. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that supports a variety of subsea clients, projects, and internal business partners by providing project deliverables and design solutions using industry leading CAD software and visualization tools across the APAC region.

**Typical responsibilities**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Create / modify 3D parametric models of subsea system components such as, jumpers, PLET's, PLEM's, manifolds, etc.
- Create / modify drawing deliverables for the purposes of concept, FEED, and detailed design as required by project(s)
- Effectively plan and execute required drafting support for project that have been assigned.
- Engage with project personnel to deliver drawings on schedule and within defined budget
- Maintain status awareness of project(s) drawings and coordinate delivery with other disciplines within design team - Participate in project / discipline meetings and workshops
- Provide input to continuous improvement initiatives
- Share lessons learned with design team and project teams.

- 8+ years recent relevant experience in the subsea sector
- 8+ years structural / mechanical design experience; preferably subsea design for manifolds, PLEMS, jumpers, OR experience designing rigid risers, tie-in spools, riser clamps
- Keen interest in resolving technical ambiguity, trouble shooting and problem resolution
- Strong communicator with effective written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated, technically curious requiring mínimal supervision
- Ability to manage time to meet deliverables, and work well in team environment
- Familiarity of subsea vendor equipment, such as valves, connectors, controls equipment highly preferred
