**How will I help?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Business Controls and Monitoring (BCM) role.

This role plays an important role in implementing and managing risk management and monitoring obligations in Consumer Finance, supporting consistent implementation, and embedding of risk management framework, policies and controls.

This role is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders on all matters risk and control, responsible for implementation of solutions to risk and control problems.

Your responsibilities will include:

- As part of a team of risk professionals you will contribute to ensuring the divisional and business operations and risk management practices align to the frameworks, policies, risk strategy, regulatory obligations, and appetite of the Group.
- Provide risk expertise to the business in the identification, assessment, and actioning of risk and controls issues to drive a strong risk and controls culture that helps achieve business objectives.
- Support the proactive and effective monitoring, management and reporting of current and emerging risks and facilitate a strong risk culture, risk awareness and ownership of risk throughout the business.
- Provide support to the business in developing their risk profile, including defining and operationalising relevant RAS metrics, in line with risk appetite.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and enable more efficient and effective risk practices in the business.
- Provide risk advice in the assessment, root cause analysis and remediation of incidents.
- Provide input into the quality of JUNO records and updates to drive a risk focussed culture.

**What do I need?**
- 2-5 years relevant risk experience with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Risk management professional with banking / financial services / risk assessment experience
- Risk management, legal, audit or compliance experience
