We are growing and have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist at our clinic

Black Feather Psychology has a strong mission statement that supports children, adolescents, adults and older persons within the community. We have well-established GP relationships for referrals for clients through MHTPs, WorkCover and NDIS. Our clients present with a large variety of concerns which include trauma, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues and personality disorders to name a few. We also facilitate group sessions, school visits, psychological and IQ testing and other services to support our clients. We have a team of Psychologist and Provisional Psychologists with onsite management and support.

We are looking for a special someone who is devoted to providing excellence in customer care.

The position involves working closely with other colleagues and sharing your workspace and duties in a friendly team environment.

**Essential to have**:

- Professional presentation with good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience in customer service, telephone, computer and money management skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion to be a team player.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
