The Product Manager will be responsible to support new product development, product lifecycle management and strategic planning of the Perpetual Intelligence Platform. The successful applicant will work with a team to help our clients discover opportunities in the complexities associated with shifting regulatory change, the growing need to manage and benefit from data, rapid technological advancements, rising security risks and an increasing need for automation. Your job is to help enable our client's success through Perpetual's digital and software solutions.

About the role

As a Product Manager at Perpetual Digital, you will:
- Support the management and delivery of Perpetual Digital's enterprise strategic & product initiatives.- Contribute to product strategy and vision for products covered with an eye towards innovative concepts and solutions- Ensure regulatory, risk, compliance and legal design aspects of new product offerings in line with quality management and information security protocols- Research and develop requirements for new product concepts- Regularly interact with customers and document detailed business and functional requirements which accurately interpret market / client's needs- Provide clear scope documentation, use cases, workflows, design and product requirements and other materials as needed to support product design and development- Act as Product Owner for the implementation of product development, product improvements and changes- Provide product guidance for technical delivery teams and external consultants in the development of new product features- Assess client needs and 'pain points' to inform product roadmap- Manage day-to-day product management responsibilities for assigned products- Provide detailed product information for sales and marketing material and strategies- Support the sales team in technical client presentations and support clients with complex product queries- Support the end-to-end product development, product management and product marketing- Use market data, perform cost analysis and document assumptions to support the understanding of product competitiveness, business impact & product profitability- Ensure product collateral and user documents remains current, relevant and compliant- Coordinate & communicate with key stakeholders- Design, develop and implement BI reports, dashboards and supporting measures and data queries- Provide technical support for BI reports, dashboards and supporting measures and data queries- Develop proof of concepts in support of sales process or new feature demonstration.

About you- A minimum of 5 years of business experience in non-bank treasury, securitisation, or broader Debt Capital Markets is highly desirable;- (or) A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management/development or a deep knowledge of a specific market segment, with a demonstrated track record of managing major projects- Strong knowledge of UX/UI design systems is preferable- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and modeling skills- Proven ability to define and build out product roadmaps and business models to guide product development- Exceptional team player with a proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively within a matrix organization- Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and drive desired product outcomes- Experience working in an agile product team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results iteratively- Experience in prioritising user stories based on user needs, business impact, and technical effort to efficiently manage the product backlog- Collaborate with solutions architects to identify scalable business solutions, both tactical and strategic, aligned with business goals- Consistently engage with technical teams to answer questions and help resolve technical challenges, and review sprint deliveries.
