We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our client's team.

Our client is a leading telecommunications services provider. They provide hybrid working arrangements, and they have assistance, rewards and recognition programs to support their employees.

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client's services business with their customers. Beside managing existing accounts and relationships, you will identify and secure new services opportunities and business in, but not limited to, the following areas: Engineering, Capacity Enhancements, Green Energy, Power as a Service, EME Services, and Maintenance Services.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new commercial offerings that are attractive to customers.

**About You**
- At least 5 years' experience in a sales/business development role in the Telecommunications industry
- Telco Engineering background and Professional Services experience is essential
- Ability to consult and negotiate win & win outcomes and manage effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Experience in leveraging technology to solve customer's problems and improve their supply chain
- Customer service and problem-solving approach: understand the customer's pain points and proactively position compelling services solutions to help the customer
- Negotiation and influencing skills, and business acumen
- Open to Interstate travels which may include customer and contractor engagement, and travel to site
- Tertiary education to bachelor level and post graduate qualifications desirable (or undertaking same)
- Full rights to work in Australia
