This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced UI/UX Design professional looking to develop their people management skills whilst also delivering impactful design decisions in their squad.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Product and supporting two Designers you will play a key role in contributing to the development of CHOICE's design thinking and systems.
- Collaborate with content, product, and engineering colleagues to visualise ideas and concepts across landing pages, navigation and interactive elements
- Ensure designs are mobile responsive using best practice design skills
- Deliver design assets to front-end developers ready for production using InVision and our new design system
- Test designs are working as expected
- Present to team concepts, rationale for quick iteration and feedback
- Create new illustrations or adapt existing using vector skills
- Follow CHOICE digital brand and style guidelines
- Measure usability of designs using a range of user testing techniques

**About you**

Your design thinking and problem solving skills have been tested in agile teams working on established and content rich websites.

You feel ready to share your skills and know-how supporting other UI/UX professionals in their development.
- Extensive experience of web design in an agile development environment
- Well versed in visual and user interface design
- Demonstrated expertise in agile, lean and design thinking techniques
- Familiarity with user research (qual and quant) practices
- Exposure to UX practices such as accessibility review, user testing, personas & scenarios, empathy mapping, user journeys etc
- Prior experience and confidence in presenting work & research to a multidisciplinary audience
