Job Description We're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our vibrant team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages to consistently high standardsProvide professional and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experienceMaintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the café/bar area at all timesMonitor and manage stock levels, including ordering and rotation, in line with operational requirementsAdhere to all workplace health, safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate effectively with the broader Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications What we're looking for:Demonstrated barista experience within a premium café, restaurant, or hotel environmentStrong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment operation, and beverage presentation standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to guest satisfactionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailA professional, team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeFlexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysWhat we offer:Daily Staff MealsWorldwide Accommodation and Food and Beverage Discounts at Ennismore and Accor propertiesBe part of a creative, energetic, and supportive teamCareer growth opportunities across our wider hospitality group Additional Information At Hyde Melbourne Place, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
