The Long Black Mobile Coffee is growing – and we're on the hunt for another awesome barista to join our expanding team We serve up specialty coffee to the weekday commuter crowd, and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced morning environment and knows how to keep the energy (and espresso) flowing.

The Role:

  • Start time: 5:30am sharp – you'll help set up the cart and be ready to serve the first customers by 6:00am
  • Weekdays only – Monday to Friday
  • Tell us your availability – we're flexible for the right fit
  • Finish: Mid-morning (exact time depends on the day's trade)
  • No weekend work

About You:
  • You're a confident barista who can handle a rush, steam silky milk, and keep your cool when the line is long
  • You're reliable, energetic, and friendly – you enjoy chatting with regulars and being part of their morning routine
  • You've got experience setting up and packing down a coffee setup (or you're willing to learn quickly)
  • You love early starts and early finishes – and weekends off are your vibe
