Are you ready for a change? Are you a Sales rep with experience in FMCG and looking to come off the road?
Tip Top have an exciting opportunity for 2x Sales & Service Representatives to drive sales through superior customer engagement and sales execution within an assigned call cycle. Reporting to the Sales & Service Team Leader this role is prredominantly working from home with options to be based out of Tip Top locations in each state.
Purpose of the Role
- Delivery of exceptional sales results by maintaining contact with customers by telephone or digital in accordance with a call plan
- Understand our customers' needs and provide a high standard of customer support
- Communicate and execute sales strategies aligned to Tip Top marketing initiatives
- Maintain a current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of interest or value to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and influence customers
- Achievement of sales targets

About You
- Minimum 1 year in a field sales role will be highly regarded
- Outbound (tele sales) selling role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency with SAP experience desirable
