**About the Role**:
JBS Australia is currently recruiting a Procurement Excellence (PX) Analyst to join the JBS Group Procurement Team. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Northern Operations Head Office in Riverview, Ipswich.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager - Services, Indirect Materials & PX, and working within a high-performing team of nine procurement professionals, you will be responsible for developing, validating, communicating and implementing PX initiatives and solutions.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate (or soon-to-be-graduate) who has a keen interest to learn procurement and engage broadly across a nationally dispersed organisation.

**Your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Proactively identify and implement world class solutions supporting the PX strategy and Path to Purchase P2P
- Develop, monitor and manage project/work plans to ensure on-time delivery of PX solutions
- Network with regional/global PX teams to deploy solutions, share best practices and drive improvements
- Gather relevant data and inputs, validate with the Manager and adjust solution delivery as required
- Develop work instructions and provide training, ongoing support and troubleshooting for PX solutions
- Ensure business connectivity to gain support for identification and delivery of PX solutions
- Promote and monitor compliance to JBSA Group policies and procedures
- Proactively engage and manage value-added relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and consultants
- Monitor and Maintain Group Procurement KPI's reporting

**About you**:

- Strategic procurement and/or procurement excellence experience desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, operations, supply chain or related discipline
- CIPSA, APICS, CPA and/or CA qualifications desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects to deadlines and agreed outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a complex, time sensitive environment with multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to negotiate and solve problems and think creatively
