**About the Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth across our business, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a highly driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will see you utilising your networks and business development capabilities to drive new business growth and servicing existing customers.
- Your responsibilities in this role will include:_
- Developing a thorough understanding of the market, including key targets and opportunities.
- Utilising tender portals to identify suitable sales opportunities.
- Developing persuasive, concise proposals and presentations for customers.
- Building relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Promoting long term business partnerships with key customers by understanding their objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes.
- Utilising the sales system to record and manage leads, activities, contacts and opportunities.

**About You**
- A passion for driving, delivering and over-achieving on new business sales targets.
- Mechanical technical knowledge.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience linking strategy and initiatives to business outcomes.
- Intermediate MS Office skills and ideally experience using an ERP system.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's licence and a desire to develop a long-standing career within the Meadow business.
