**About your new role**
We are in a growth phase and have recently won a number of new clients requiring SEO work, therefore we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make the role their own. You'll play a key role in supporting the team with the way they work as they transition from traditional SEO, Content and Social to a blended strategy.

You'll focus on delivering a mix of advanced SEO, content and UX to 2-3 clients, as well as creating and delivering strategies for ad-hoc projects, working with the wider team to deliver work. You will have industry leading knowledge of organic search optimisation and regularly use tools and processes to streamline and scale your work.

You will also work closely with the Head of Digital Media and Head of Client Services to develop and promote innovative products and processes across all our digital channels. At your disposal are the performance, creative and development teams. We want to help bring your big ideas to life

**What we'd love to see from you**:

- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in SEO
- Great communication skills and ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent understanding of the core industry verticals, above & below the line marketing principles, tactics and implementation ideal
- Leadership experience
