**About our Opportunity**

We currently have an opportunity for a Data Entry Officer to join our dedicated team in Rowville. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will primarily be responsible for quickly and accurately entering technical breakdown information in to our in-house system. While data entry will form the bulk of this role, there will also be some associated general administration work involved.

You will:

- Accurately process daily orders/ technical breakdowns
- Provide general administrative support duties
- Work effectively as part of a broader team

We will of course provide you with all the training you will need, and you will always have your experienced colleagues to help support you and develop your knowledge. The working hours are flexible but would typically be Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 3.30pm. The team pride themselves on their ability to enjoy what they do, and regularly enjoy team lunches and morning teas..

**About You**

We're looking for someone with previous data entry experience and outstanding attention to detail. In addition to understanding the commercial impacts of inaccurate data processing, you will have the ability to work methodically and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

- competency utilising Microsoft Office suite
- ability to quickly gain proficiency with our in-house system
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- solid and reliable work ethic
