About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately record and maintain data within our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter data into databases with precision and accuracy.
- Verification: Review data entries for errors and discrepancies.
- Record Maintenance: Update and organize digital records as necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly audit data entries to ensure data integrity.
- Support Tasks: Provide data entry support for various departments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in data entry or office administration is an advantage.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
