A cable importer company in **Australia **is looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Data Entry (Full-time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Insert customers and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files when needed
- Keep informations confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

**Requirements**:

- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Honesty to treat the customer data with care and confidentiality
- Attentive to details and cleanliness in particular
- Good work ethic and teamwork attitude
- Good time management skills

- Hallam VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
