**About the Role**

Are you an experienced magazine editor with a passion for property, luxury, and lifestyle? Domain is seeking a **Managing Editor **to oversee the production of our feature magazines, including the highly anticipated launch of **Prestige Victoria**, a new luxury property magazine redefining the market.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your editorial expertise and commercial acumen to deliver compelling print content for Domain Magazine in The Age, and the all-new Prestige Victoria. You'll play a critical role in crafting stories that inspire, engage, and provide real value to our property-loving audience and agent customers.

This is a 15 month Parental leave contract, to start Feb 2025

What You'll be doing
- Lead the production of **Domain Magazine in The Age** and **Prestige Victoria**, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and audience-driven.
- Spearhead the **launch of Prestige Victoria** in February 2025, driving its success and nurturing its growth.
- Work closely with sales teams and agent customers to deliver value while maintaining editorial integrity.
- Use data and audience insights to guide content strategy and achieve engagement goals.
- Manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional teams across content marketing and production.

What You'll Bring
- **Proven Editorial Expertise**: At least 5+ years in magazine publishing, with experience in property, lifestyle, or luxury sectors preferred.
- **Commercial Savvy**: Strong ability to balance editorial excellence with business objectives.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, WordPress, and CMS platforms. Demonstrated understanding analytics to guide content decisions.
- **Leadership and Creativity**: A growth mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo, inspire teams, and think outside the box.
- **Relationship-Building**: Exceptional stakeholder management skills to work effectively with sales teams, contributors, and agent customers.
