Arctic Cactus Studio is a video-first, creative agency based in Sydney & **now Melbourne** We work with some of Australia's leading sports & fitness brands such as Athletes Authority & The Cube Gym, typically focusing on the gym & sports space. As we grow, we're looking to expand our team to other like-minded, young & creative people, who want to share the journey from a small team to Australia's leading sports media agency.

Our team service clients all over Australia, so if travelling for work is something that excites you, then you're at the right place However, this position is specifically for the Melbourne branch of AC Studio, so if working close to home is preferred thats great too

The role of Videographer / Video Editor is key to our creative process, as we look to forge a group of well-rounded creative team-members, who can capture, edit & deliver the content from start to finish. This gives you creative control & the ability to demonstrate your talent as a creator. This also allows you to experience all elements of the creative space, giving you experience in areas that a more fixed, binary role would not provide

**This role will involve**:

- Working towards a brief to curate content that aligns with clients branding, values and demands
- Working with and maintaining camera equipment.
- Efficient in online content editing
- Working with the team efficiently to ensure content deadlines are met
- A high attention to details, and standard in work
- Staying on top of workflow, and adopting processes used by the team to promote productivity

**The skills you need for this role include**:

- Proficient with editing software (Ideally Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to work closely with a team
- Communication with both team and clients
- Organisation and time management
- Work towards hard deadlines
- Have a good understanding in the technical aspects of editing & videography including colour grading & working with audio

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
