As the Customer Support Consultant, you shape and build initiatives to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer and employee experiences while being a role model that instils innovation and change within the team.
This is a **full-time** position at North Ryde working **Monday to Sunday**, between the hours of **6am **and** 8pm** reporting to the Excellence Centre Lead.
**What Is Expected of You**
- Promote New Horizons' product offering to customers and provide advice which additional services could benefit customers and meet their needs.
- Respond to employees' general enquiries, provide support as required and connect with other teams or employees within New Horizons.
- Refer customers to third parties and direct customers to internal teams based on identified needs.
- Support potential customers to develop personalized Individual Support Plans.

- Knowledge of and working experience with the NDIS framework and price guide
- Strong sales skills for promoting further interest in New Horizons' services and products
- Experience and skills in, intake and assessment, risk identification and management, customer support planning and service provision
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice
