What will it be like to work on our Carinup farm?
Carinup is a large and impressive broadacre cropping aggregation that stretches from 30 km south of Lake Grace to 15 km south of Pingrup in Western Australia.
It covers approximately 16,000 arable hectares and is home to a dedicated team of around 10 full-time staff.
While our Coordination and Administration Team is spread across Australia, they work closely together and now we're looking for additional support in the form of aPart-Time Farm Office Coordinator.
This is ahybrid role, based partly in the farm office and partly from home, three days per week.
There's flexibility to spread your hours across the week if that suits you better.
You will be reporting to the Farm Manager.
Our current Farm Office Coordinator is set to retire, but will be available to provide a full handover and training period, ensuring you're well supported as you step into the role.
We're aiming for a start date aroundSeptember/October.
Job Description
What does a Farm Office Coordinator at Warakirri Cropping do?
You will be responsible for the safety system administration
You will support with the casual staff and contractor onboarding and inductions
Engaging and coordinating contractors for repair and maintenance works and liaising with external real estate inspectors
Invoice processing and Accounts Payable
Data entry into the farm management and finance systems
Arranging training and maintaining training records and documentation
General administration duties such as updating and printing induction books
Any other administration tasks to help meet month-end reporting requirements
Pending your interest and skills, occasional assistance with shifting or operating machinery may be part of the job
