Optimizing farm productivity and efficiency is a key responsibility of this role. As a poultry farming professional, you will play a pivotal part in the management team.

Key tasks include:

  • Developing strategies to boost farm output and streamline operations.
  • Coordinating daily farm activities, such as feeding, monitoring, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensuring the health and well-being of chickens by implementing quality control measures.
  • Collaborating with other team members to enhance communication and coordination.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in agriculture or animal science.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in poultry farming or a related field.
  • Recent highly relevant work experience is essential once skill level is met.

This is an in-person position requiring weekend availability. You are expected to commute to Hopeland, WA 6125 or relocate before commencing work. Preference is given to applicants with Australian work authorization.
