Job Title: Solar Farm Site Administrator

Job Description:

The Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the site construction team. This role requires a high level of organization, prioritization, and time management skills to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safe work practices;
  • Onboard new starters, including data entry, roster management, leave entries, site inductions, and accommodation arrangements;
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes;
  • Manage fuel registers, timesheets, and update contact lists/asset registers/new vehicles;
  • Assist managers with general administration and ad-hoc reporting tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate in Administration or equivalent experience in a similar site-based role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and solid accounting experience;
  • Logistics and stores experience an advantage.
