Job Title: Automation Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned automation specialist to join our technology team. This role will drive innovation in AI and deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve claims management, enhance customer outcomes, and streamline processes.
The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain automation pipelines, cloud infrastructure services, and CI/CD workflows. They will work closely with AI developers, infrastructure engineers, and security teams to deliver fast, reliable, and secure deployments while meeting industry compliance standards.
About the Role:
Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
Building and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) with Terraform
Deploying and managing containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes
Implementing monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Elastic)
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles. Strong hands-on AWS and Azure experience is required, as well as expertise in Terraform, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing automation frameworks to increase efficiency and productivity
Maintaining and enhancing existing automation pipelines to meet changing business needs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of automated solutions
About You:
A strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
