We have an opening for a Senior Site Manager to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team.
From research to real-life applications, J&J has a long track record of developing innovative medicines that save lives and improve the quality of life for many Australians.
Our GCO team is a center of excellence within J&J, responsible for clinical trials and data generation activities supporting R&D and Medical Affairs research, managing phase I-IV trials.
RESPONSIBILITIES Our current focus is Oncology / Haematology.
In GCO, the Senior Site Manager acts as the sponsor's interface with investigative sites and is a member of the local study management team.
The Site Manager oversees all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and closeout activities.
ABOUT YOU This role requires strong communication skills and customer focus.
As an exceptional team player, you will liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support new systems/processes implementation, and ensure smooth project execution at assigned trial sites.
Attributes include collaboration, learning agility, resilience, change management, and an agile approach.
Additional requirements: BA or BS Degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
3+ years of site experience in clinical trial monitoring preferred.
Experience in early phase hematology and oncology studies preferred.
Proven success as a CRA.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of SOPs, local laws, regulations, and protocols.
Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
Proficiency in IT software and company systems.
Willingness to travel.
