In Australia, 42% of schools use Stile, and we expect this number to continue to grow in the coming years. That's quite some reach, and it's a responsibility we take very seriously. The Stile team is made up of 80+ incredible teachers, scientists, artists and engineers who genuinely care about, and are working towards, improving scientific literacy amongst our young citizens.

**About the role**
You'll play a key role in making our organisation run smoothly and helping teachers succeed with Stile. Working alongside the AU leadership team, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, support, product, and logistics to drive projects, improve processes, and make data-informed decisions.
**How you'll spend your time**
- ** Helping schools get more from their subscription**
You'll play a central role in making sure schools and teachers get maximum value from their Stile subscription. By monitoring engagement and supporting the renewal process, you'll help schools stay confident in their investment - whether that's ensuring smooth self-service renewals, running campaigns, or making data-driven improvements that delight customers.
- ** Streamlining and automating processes**
You'll look for ways to make things simpler and more efficient for both the broader Schools team and our customers. From automating key communications to introducing smart data-driven nudges and celebration campaigns, your work will mean teachers spend less time on admin and more time on teaching.
- ** Overseeing logistics of our physical collateral and Stile X workbooks**
Our physical collateral is a big part of how schools experience Stile. You'll oversee everything from print runs to stock management, ensuring booklets and campaigns arrive on time and with mínimal fuss.
- ** Turning data into decisions**
You'll make sure our dashboards, reports, and insights are accurate and ready for action, ensuring that leaders across Stile have the clarity they need to make smart, confident decisions.
- ** Collaborating and leading across teams**
As part of the AU leadership team, you'll support the growth of the commercial team, set clear goals, and work closely with peers to improve how Stile operates.
- ** Owning projects end-to-end**
You'll jump into complex projects and lead them from planning through to evaluation. Whether it's delivering a new system, coordinating a multi-team initiative, or refining a key process, you'll take responsibility for setting clear goals, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring outcomes are met on time.By the time a project wraps up, you'll not only have delivered results but also captured learnings that make the next project run even smoother.

- You enjoy working collaboratively with other leaders, bringing empathy and clear communication to the table.
- You're a proactive, strategic hard worker who gets stuff done. You're motivated to work independently but love contributing in a team environment.
