**The Opportunity**

Reporting to Group Manager - Talent Acquisition, the role oversees and coordinates administrative processes, including pre-employment screening checks, employment contracts and recruitment support within the Talent Acquisition Team.

**You will**
- Be responsible for timely and effective delivery of pre-employment screening checks and contract generation
- Ensure quality and compliance for employment documentation including system and SharePoint files
- Maintain e-recruit data integrity and accountability for ensuring accurate data maintained by the team in the system
- Monthly maintenance of data to ensure quality data inputs to support Dashboard reporting
- Generate Recruitment related reports as required
- Provide other ad-hoc support to the Talent Acquisition Team, as necessary

**What you'll bring**
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources / Business (desired)
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position (desired)
- Knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes and systems;
- Interest in Talent Acquisition or general Human Resources;
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office competency
- Excellent interpersonal, service and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
