Allied Pinnacle is a leading milling, manufacturing and distributor of flour based food products including bakery products, flour premixes and food ingredients supplied to our retail, food service and commercial customers. Our heritage encompasses more than 100 years of flour milling and food ingredient expertise.

An opportunity currently exists for a Premix / Packing Operator based at our North Fremantle flour mill on a permanent, full time basis. The purpose of this position is to ensure the packing function is operated effectively in order to support site objectives. Ensuring inventory is managed and equipment is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with cleaning schedule.

Key accountabilities include:

- Ensure product is packed in compliance with product, quantity and quality requirements.
- Operate systems to manage product transfer and packing operation.
- Comply with all relevant legislative requirements and company and site policies, procedures and reasonable instructions.
- Participate in and promote a safety culture supporting the business to maintain a safe working environment.
- Comply with site quality procedures.
- Promote and adhere to Quality, GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, management, transport operatives and site visitors.

The successful applicant will possess:

- Forklift licence. _(advantageous) _
- Knowledge of or interest in learning new work process systems, for example SAP.
- Experience in a food processing or FMCG environment is desirable.
- Well developed communication skills.
- Experience with Food Safety and HACCP.
- Can work in a team and self-manage as required.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management.
