Food Packing Machine Operator/ Food Packer

Job Description

Tasks

  • Operating food packing machinery to pack various ingredients including spices, grains, and liquids (Food Packing Production)
  • Pack, sort, and label food products in line with specifications.
  • Check packaging materials and finished goods for quality compliance.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety and food safety standards.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Picking and packing meal kits.
  • Receiving stock from suppliers, and checking deliveries are accurate.
  • Cleaning and assisting our Engineer to conduct regular maintenance activities.
  • Following all required processes and helping to improve how we operate.

Skills / Requirements

  • Previous experience of working with food packing machinery or working in the food packing industry.
  • A problem solver
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Basic mathematics skills (e.g., weights, measures, and counts).
  • A proactive mindset — always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
