This role involves managing the packing process, coordinating teams, ensuring product labeling and packaging, and organizing courier services. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the packing area for Pharmacy and Nutrition
- Correctly picking finished goods
- Labeling and Packing
- Performing accurate label reconciliation
- Dispatching goods according to transport methods
- Coordinating transport using relevant transport methods
- Resolving transport issues as required
- Utilizing software for booking and tracking deliveries (IFS, Transvirtual, Direct Couriers)
- Identifying Continuous Improvement ideas within Packing areas
- Performing production duties as required
- Other duties including Pick/Prep/Stores & Label
- Presenting packing process changes to the team
- Taking lead in the packing area and escalating when required
