Ielts Operations Support

Job Description

The IELTS Operations Support is a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers and that operations are conducted according to IELTS rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include coordinating with other members of the Test Centre team, managing customer inquiries, and overseeing pre-test, test day, and post-test activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive an outstanding experience at every point of their journey before, during, and after the test – in person.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide advice relating to official IELTS preparation tools and IDP services.
  • Support clients with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Contribute to a supportive, innovative, and customer-focused team culture.
Operations Management:
  • Manage test day activities including customer registration and supervision of the test.
  • Prepare test day documents.
  • Update digital databases and records.
  • Oversee and update the schedule of Speaking tests.
  • Ensure proper management of secure and confidential materials.
  • Solve problems and troubleshoot technical systems including hardware and software platforms.
Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure all pre-test, test day, and post-test activities meet IELTS standards.
  • Ensure data entry, storage, update, and access while maintaining security and confidentiality.
  • Respond to incidents or potential security risks.
  • Complete required training policy acknowledgments.
  • Work professionally in accordance with organisational values.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality, integrity, and excellence.
Benefits

This is a casual role for our IELTS testing location in Brisbane. Shifts will be on weekdays and/or weekends, with 2-3 shifts every week.
