Job Title: Beverage Operations Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative beverage operations manager to lead our beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing beverage operations, developing high-performing teams, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the beverage team to achieve exceptional service standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee all beverage operations, including menu development, supplier relationships, and inventory management.
  • Curate innovative beverage menus that showcase unique flavors and trends.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to drive profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have excellent product knowledge and service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum three years' experience in a senior beverage management role in luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for developing people and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and emerging trends.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
  • Creative flair, with the ability to design and execute innovative beverage concepts.
