**OPPORTUNITY**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience as an Applications/support Analyst, certification advantageous
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Previous and in-depth knowledge of Legal Practice Management System in a medium to large size legal environment.
- Sound knowledge of network and PC operating systems.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Good understanding of project management and lifecycle principles
- Excellent knowledge of Applications including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Power BI & Power Apps, MS Dynamics, ticketing helpdesk software, NetDocs or other Document Management System
- Good understanding around configuration, using and supporting all types of mobile apps
- Good understanding of SQL scripts and database architecture

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
